Eye-opening. Disappointed. Saddened.
the spacious and wonderfully decorated lobby-bar.
The neighborhood. The streets were dirty, and there are lots of rowdy, confrontational young men sauntering around. In the evening, the Fleet Hotel actually had a security man guarding the front door. He advised me not to go out in the evening because of the danger.

Lovely convenient stay for 1 night, great breakfast but bed lacked the hotel expectation.
Loved the location and the breakfast is superb. One of the best breakfast I've had while in a hotel.
The room itself was small. The bed definitely could have been bigger for 2 people. I really don't think small double beds are luxury for hotel stays. You want something bigger than your own at home. It was very small. I also didn't like that they charged my card 50 euros as a "damage deposit" yet as soon as I arrived they processed it back to my card. Without seeing if I caused any damage or not. I felt this was very unnecessary so much so that it might deter me from booking again with the Fleet. It was not my first time to stay there either.

Great location, but not a great value.
The location is perfect, and the lobby is beautiful.
The rooms are cramped, ours had no view. For the price (100 higher than a hotel two doors down) more amenities should be offered.

Very Good
Central location. Nice breakfast and good service.
Using the stairs is impossible, on ly way to get to the first floor is to use the elevator, which is slow.
